Suppliers have a month to apply for a £175 million construction consultancy services framework.

Procurement expert, Fusion21 has announced it is renewing its national Construction Consultancy Services Framework, worth up to £175 million over four years.
It is now inviting bids from interested suppliers providing regional, or national coverage, looking for expert and professional consultants operating in the public sector.
This includes SMEs to provide members with a “streamlined approach to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment.”
Designed to support housing providers and local authorities in addition to education, blue light, and NHS organisations, the framework offers new lots and covers a full range of design services across construction.
The scope of the potential lot structure covers a range of built environment-related professional consultancy services.

- Lot 1: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services, PM and Lead Consultant — Value: £55 million
- Lot 2: Stock Monitoring and Appraisal — Value: £25 million
- Lot 3: Information Management (BIM) — Value: £3 million
- Lot 4: Architecture — Value: £6 million
- Lot 5: Fit-Out Consultancy — Value: £4 million
- Lot 6: Heritage and Conservation — Value: £5 million
- Lot 7: Structural and Civil Engineering — Value: £8 million
- Lot 8: Building Engineering Services (M&E) — Value: £8 million
- Lot 9: Facilities Management Consultancy — Value: £8 million
- Lot 10: CDM Principal Designer — Value: £4 million
- Lot 11: Carbon Reduction and Sustainability — Value: £12 million
- Lot 12: Valuations — Value: £3 million
- Lot 13: Clerk of Works – Inspection Regime — Value: £5 million
- Lot 14: Retrofit — Value: £24 million
- Lot 15: BSA Principal Designer and Building Control — Value: £5 million
Peter Francis, group executive director of operations at Fusion21, said: “Set to launch in September 2025, the Construction Consultancy Services Framework has been developed in response to member and supplier feedback and is being set up under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
“This compliant framework is suitable for a multitude of disciplines and areas of expertise and will provide access to experienced, qualified, and competent consultants offering both innovative services and sector knowledge.”
The tender opportunity is being procured via a two-stage restricted procedure.
