Pagabo has issued a prior information notice (PIN) for the Major Works Framework and Developer Led Framework, on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.

The Developer Led Framework is valued at up to £47 billion and Major Works Framework is worth up to £5 billion.

Scope of works include asset and infrastructure related development services including associated consultancy and legal services.

The intention is to divide the Framework into lots, and the scope of those lots will be informed based on market consultations.

The framework shall have the facility for Contracting Authorities to Direct Award and further complete their requirements.

Pre-market consultations are underway, and all interested developers and contractors can register to express interest and complete a pre-market engagement survey for the relevant framework.

The bid race proper is set to start in June.

Pagabo chief procurement officer, Jason Stapley said: “These two frameworks have been completely transformative for the sector over recent years, driving real value for clients and transformational placemaking for communities.

“We know that there’s so much more to unlock, so we’re really pleased to be working with contracting authority Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, to bring the next generation of each offering to the market.
