Tibury Douglas has been appointed to lead the £16 million development of the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre, in Wiltshire.

The centre is located opposite the town’s current community hospital, which it is set to replace.
The new facility aims to provide local people with an additional primary care service, more same-day urgent care provision, and space to support mobile diagnostic units.
It is expected to be completed at the end of 2025.
The building is being developed by NHS Property Services and funded by NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board, and Wiltshire Council.
The relocation of services from the current Trowbridge Community Hospital to the new site will be phased as part of a planned relocation process.
One Creative Environments is the project architect.
Paul Gale, regional director South West at Tilbury Douglas, said: “We are pleased that this important scheme has been given the go ahead and we can set to work delivering a state-of-the art medical facility that will serve the community for the long-term.”
This comes following the former chief executive of Tilbury Douglas, Paul Gandy stepping down in November in preparation for his new role as president of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Craig Tatton stepped up to lead the group as new CEO, following Gandy’s departure.
The building, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out business recently broke ground on Beacon Academy in Lincolnshire, which is part of the DfE’s School Rebuilding Programme, a decade-long initiative aimed at reconstructing and refurbishing more than 500 schools and sixth-form colleges across the country.
