After expanding its property services offer with the acquisition of Liberty in October 2024, the business now employs almost 3,000 people and reported turnover of £364 million for 2023, an increase of more than 50 per cent on 2022.

“2024 topped off five years of progressive growth for us, doubling the turnover of our FM portfolio and the Property Services business overall,” said David Morgan, executive managing director for Wates Property Services.
“With Liberty on board to offer heating and compliance as well as renewables expertise, we’ve expanded our offer and these appointments will support our strategy to continue to broaden and grow what we can offer our customers, so I’m delighted to welcome Paul and Mark to the team.”
