GRAHAM has announced the completion of a fit-out package for Nike, in Glasgow.
Nike hired GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out division to transform the retailer’s flagship shop on Buchanan Street in the heart of the city’s shopping district.
The revamp spanned a period of six months and covered an internal floorspace of 1,275 sqm across two levels.
Nike has occupied the site for 13 years and, to celebrate the store’s reopening, partnered with local design studio MARA to create limited edition football jerseys.
“Nike is one of the world’s most iconic brands and we’re thrilled to have been part of this bold transformation of its Glasgow flagship store. This is a landmark project for GRAHAM,” said Carl Hudson, GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out project manager.
The completion for Nike follows Queen’s University Belfast awarding GRAHAM a £39 million construction contract for two buildings next to Belfast City Hospital, as part of the new iREACH Health centre.
IREACH Health is a £64 million integrated clinical research innovation centre spanning 8,500 sqm, led by the university.
It is hoped the centre will provide significant health, social, and economic benefits for Northern Ireland, making clinical trials more effective, efficient, and interconnected.
This also follows a £33 million PBSA started in Glasgow last month as well as the Detail Design and Build contract for the first phase of the Cardiff Crossrail project, valued at £100 million.
