Vistry Group’s chief operating officer (COO) will step down at the end of the year.
In an official statement issued this morning, the housebuilding and partnerships business said Earl Sibley will leave the company on 31 December 2024.
It added Sibley had elected to leave Vistry Group due to “the removal of his current role” of COO.
Vistry Group said, however, Sibley, who has been with the business since April 2015, will step down as a director of the company “with immediate effect”, while supporting a transition of his responsibilities before his ultimate departure.
“Earl has been an integral part of our Operational and Executive team and his leadership and contribution have been significant in helping to establish Vistry as a leading housebuilding and partnerships business,” said Vistry CEO, Greg Fitzgerald.
“Having worked with Earl since I joined Bovis in 2017, I am very grateful for his dedication, support and hard work during his time with us.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank him, on behalf of the Board and colleagues across Vistry, for his commitment and contribution during his time here.
“He will leave with our best wishes for the future.”
