The firm developed the units speculatively and constructed them in 47 weeks, for Wilson Bowden Developments, partnered with logistics properties operator Cabot Properties.

The Grade A specified assets are aimed at bringing supply to the market meeting the growing occupier demand to the Kingsway Business Park site.

The units are fitted with ‘generous’ clear heights, yard depths up to 63 metre and a power availability up to 1.1MVA.

They also achieved a BREEAM Very Good certification, EPC A and boast sustainability features including electric vehicle charging spaces, LED lighting and PV panels.

In September, Glencar added several logistics units to its portfolio with the completion of a 240,000 sq ft carbon-neutral warehouse and office complex in West Dublin and a 335,000 sq. ft distribution centre in Crewe.
