Alongside achieving record revenue this financial year, construction director, Pat McGrath, and property services director, Gerry O’Connor, have both been promoted to joint managing directors of the business.

Quinn said the men will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s future strategy, continuing to enhance its capacity to deliver high-quality projects across the capital.

As part of the strategic restructure, Seamus Quinn, who has led the company as managing director since its formation, will move into the role of group chairman.

“His new position will allow him to provide guidance to the newly appointed joint managing directors as they continue to grow the business,” said Quinn.

Founded in 2000, Quinn London has become one of the leading main contractors in the capital, working on such projects as the Grade I-listed Pitzhanger Manor in Ealing, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and Homerton University Hospital in Hackney.

The announcement comes ahead of the business celebrating its 25th anniversary next June.

McGrath and O’Connor said: “We are honoured to take on these new roles and are excited about the future of Quinn London.

“With a strong foundation and an exceptional team, we look forward to building on our successes and leading the company into its next phase of innovation and growth.”

Seamus Quinn added: “As Quinn London approaches its 25th year, I could not be prouder of what we have accomplished.

“Reaching £100 million in turnover is a testament to the dedication of our team, our partners, and our clients.

“I am excited about this next stage, and with Pat and Gerry at the helm, I have full confidence that Quinn London will continue to grow and succeed.”
