Project Four Construction Safety, in Liverpool, has a new chairman.

Alan Robson moves into the role after being managing director at Project Four for more than eight years.
He has previously worked as a senior safety advisor at Turner & Townsend’s North West office based at Salford Quays.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as chairman at Project Four Safety Solutions,” Robson posted on social media.
Many well-wishers inside the industry congratulated Robson on his appointment online.
“Well done Alan and best wishes for the next chapter of growth,” said one.
Project Four is a building safety consultancy, specialising in providing bespoke advice and strategic support on the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA 2022).
The business has grown significantly over the past few years, and now employs around 40 staff (Q4 2024).
Robson said of himself: “With over 20 years of experience in this role, I have helped numerous clients achieve 100 per cent compliance with all the latest construction safety requirements and standards.
“I am passionate about keeping CDM/BSA simple and leaving a lasting legacy for the built environment.”
