Mace has confirmed Andrew Jackson, CEO for construction, has decided to step down for personal reasons.

Jackson’s departure comes three months after he replaced Gareth Lewis as chief exec of the construction division within the group.
He joined Mace in 2015 after more than 26 years with Laing O’Rourke and spent more than three years as Mace Construct’s chief operating officer (COO).
Jason Millett, Mace group deputy CEO, will act as temporary interim CEO for the construction division while the group seeks a successor to Jackson.
Millett will combine the role with his current position as deputy chief executive, and his transition to group CEO will continue as planned in January.
Mace group chairman and chief executive, Mark Reynolds, said: “I would like to thank Andrew for his hard work and commitment over the last nine years, supporting and leading Mace Construct through a period of major growth.
“He has made a hugely positive impact on our teams, has made a significant contribution to our construction business and leaves a real legacy. We wish him well in the future.”
