Muse supports North West growth with two senior appointments

Muse has continued its focus on growth in the North West with the announcement of two new senior hires.

The nationwide placemaker has appointed Matt Whiteley and Adam Bennett as senior development manager and senior new homes manager respectively.

joins the company’s Salford-based team support on the delivery of our regional pipeline, including transformation of the St Helens town centre and the £30 million regeneration at Earlestown

He joins from Harworth Group, where he delivered residential and commercial regeneration projects across the North West.

Harworth Group’s work included a 900-home community in St Helens, a 132-home residential scheme in Bolton, and a 1.2m sq. ft employment opportunity at Chatterley Valley in Staffordshire.

Whitley has worked to secure planning approval for more than 1,700 homes and nearly 4 million sq ft of employment space, since focusing on the delivery of regeneration in 2016.

Meanwhile, Bennett’s appointment will see him help lead at the concluding stages of our residential projects, through from inspections, new home management, client relationships,

He has more than 20 years’ experience in customer relations and management roles, joining from Vistry, with previous work at Nikal, Hillcrest Homes and Duchy Homes.

In June, Muse expanded its regeneration expertise in the North West of England, with the appointment of Alex Vogel as senior development and Sam Wilson as  project manager.
