Torsion Construction has announced two senior appointments as part of a business expansion.

Richard Potts and Priesh Soni have been appointed as regional directors for the North and Midlands, respectively.
Potts joins with more than 30 years’ experience, having served most recently as area director at Morgan Sindall Construction.
He has a proven track record of delivering projects in the residential, commercial, leisure, health, education and blue light sectors.
Soni previously worked as a commercial manager and then commercial director at Torsion before this promotion.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in project management, business development, leadership, and strategic planning.
The news follows the appointment of Ian Worthington to Torsion Homes as a managing director back in January, who also held commercial manager roles at ISG and NG Bailey.
As part of its strategic growth plans, Leeds-headquarterd Torsion has expanded its operations in the North West as well as its market presence in the PBSA, senior living, homes and residential sectors, increasing average project sizes to £54 million.
Torsion Group CEO, Dan Spencer, said: “The successful implementation of our business improvement plans under Ed Wootton’s leadership has allowed us to focus on securing a record order book in line with continued business growth.
“I am delighted to support our construction business moving to a regional delivery model, and the appointments of Priesh and Richard are another step towards our long-term vision for the Torsion Group of companies.”
