Kane Group has been awarded the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contract for a major office refurbishment project in London.

41 Tower Hill, formerly the headquarters of financial services company Société Générale, is undergoing a comprehensive transformation into a state-of-the-art office space by CR Construction (U.K.) Company Limited.
The project is currently transitioning from the pre-construction phase through to operations, with an anticipated completion date of January 2025.
The company will deliver 41 Tower Hill’s M&E infrastructure, ensuring optimal comfort, efficiency, and sustainability for future occupants.
It also marks Kane Group’s first collaboration with CR Construction.
The win builds on Kane’s recent 10 Spring Gardens project secured with McLaren Construction in London’s West End, where it also landed an M&E services contract.
“We are incredibly proud to be chosen for the 41 Tower Hill refurbishment,” said Andrew Walker, Kane Group business development manager.
“It presents another opportunity to showcase our expertise in delivering innovative and sustainable M&E solutions whilst increasing our presence in the commercial sector.
“We are excited to work alongside CR Construction (U.K.) Company Limited, and look forward to building a strong partnership.”
