‘We are looking forward to using our expertise to maintain one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues’
NG Bailey has secured a five-year maintenance contract with Wembley Stadium.
It involves a range of planned preventative and reactive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, building on the firm’s expertise in similar venues.
The company will use data-driven methods to quickly identify and resolve problems, improve energy and water usage, and enhance building asset management.
It supports Wembley’s work to become sustainable and net zero, building on its 100% renewable energy initiative and low-flow water technology.
“We are passionate about bringing together our engineering expertise with technology-driven management and a vastly experienced team to ensure buildings perform to the highest possible standard,” said John Cooper, operations director at NG Bailey.
Adding: “With a proven track record in delivering complex maintenance projects in other high footfall settings, we are looking forward to using our expertise to maintain and enhance the facilities of one of the UK’s most iconic sporting and entertainment venues.”
