Full Scope
The firm recently secured a £75 million Build-to-Rent project where they will deliver 249 homes in Brent Cross, North London.
That deal was awarded by joint venture (JV) Related Argent and Invesco Real Estate as part of the Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme.
The CSLR aims to boost economic growth in Carlisle and provide infrastructure for the new community at Cuthbert’s Garden Village.
“The project will deliver a lasting social impact for the Cumbria community and we look forward to applying our capabilities in innovation, modern methods of construction and, importantly, carbon reduction, working with closely selected local supply chain partners on this much-anticipated scheme,” said David Lowery, managing for Galliford Try’s Highways.
