Countryside has teamed up with a leading affordable housing provider on a major development in Tolworth, London.
Its joint venture (JV) with The Guinness Partnership will see further development of Signal Park in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames start in early 2025.
Guinness is already delivering Phase One of the scheme. Phase Two is yet to see full planning permission granted.
Signal Park has a gross development value of £400 million.
It will see more than 700 mixed-tenure homes built over the coming years.
Active travel schemes, as well as gardens and green public spaces, will be created.
Design, engineering and management consulting company Arcadis has been appointed as the joint venture supervisor.
Countryside was acquired by Vistry Group last year in a more than £1.1 billion takeover, putting the mega-merger on competitive footing with other Housebuilding and Partnerships Housing giants in the sector.
