Willmott Dixon £40m homes and health centre deal

Willmott Dixon will deliver a state-of-the-art health centre and 55 care worker homes in Chiswick, valued at £40 million.

The firm has been selected for the Chiswick Health Centre scheme by Hounslow Council and the NHS, via Pagabo’s Major Works Framework.  

The existing facility is “badly in need of repair and modernisation”, said doctor Venkatesham, of Chiswick Family Doctors. 

As part of the project, Willmott will also deliver 55 affordable homes for key health workers, such as nurses and physiotherapists.  

Designed by Allies & Morrison, the new centre includes: 

• consulting and examination rooms 
• mental health services 
• district nurse facilities 
• public community garden 
• fifth-floor terrace 

All three practices currently operating from the site – Chiswick Family Doctors, Chiswick Health, and West 4 GPs – support the project.  

The new centre is set to open in Autumn 2024.
