Plans to build around 450 homes as part of a wider regeneration scheme in Salford have come forward, it has been reported.

Lovell Partnerships and Together Housing are seeking public feedback on the next phase of the major Pendleton Regeneration Area, Insider Media reported.
Stantec engineering has created the masterplan and is providing services for planning, architecture and landscaping.
It is understood parking management company SP Plus is also supporting Lovell and Together.
It builds on the ongoing construction of the Spinners Quarter at Liverpool Street and is located between that site and Churchill Way, wrote the B2B.
Around 30 per cent of the 450 homes will be affordable, and Clarendon Park at the centre will be improved.
