Bode Contracting will deliver a £50 million residential development in Derby.
The East Midlands firm has been appointed to The Silk Yard city centre scheme by Elevate Property Group, which comprises 258 homes across three apartment blocks.
Phase One will see 94 apartments built on the corner of John Street and Castleward Boulevard.
Phase Two will see 164 properties in a five and seven-storey building on a site next door.
The development site was once a manufacturing sawmill.

Bode is currently in the second phase of the Trent Bridge Quays development for Elevate in Nottingham.
Project delivery for The Silk Yard will span two years.
