Watkin Jones has broken ground on a major residential scheme in Cardiff Quay, claimed to be “the largest in Wales”.

Inside the deal: The developer is partnering with Legal & General to build around 715 Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments at the former Brains Brewery site.
The £200 million scheme is part of a wider £1 billion regeneration project in the Welsh capital.

It will also have a public square facing River Taff.
BREAAM and Home Quality Mark accreditations will be met throughout.
