A former textile production facility in West Yorkshire is being torn down for a new housing scheme, it has been reported.

Garrett Grove will see 46 new homes built on the 4.6-acre site of the historic Greenside Mill in Skelmanthorpe, Kirklees, according to Insider Media.
Demolition work is underway to allow construction to begin in the Spring.
Lovell Partnerships has appointed Dudleys Consulting Engineers in Leeds to the scheme, Construction Wave understands.
Greenside Mill was built c.1770 but is now derelict and due for redevelopment.
