Wates will deliver a new school and hundreds of homes as part of a major community development in Windsor.

The firm’s Developments business has won planning approval for 320 homes and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) facility west of the historic Berkshire town.
The new scheme (marked in red) is part of a wider development (marked in blue) for 455 homes overall, 40% of which will be affordable.

Some highway remodelling is also planned.
Wates received a Stakeholder Masterplan from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) in 2021 as part of the adopted Local Plan.
