GMI Construction will deliver a new business park in Cambridgeshire valued at £13 million.

The firm has been appointed by Trebor Developments to the Lightning Park development in Huntingdon, just off the A1.
GMI will build two BREEAM ‘Very Good’ units totalling 158,000 sq ft, with logistics giant DHL set to lease the larger space.

Lightning Park is 10 acres of commercial development land that Trebor acquired from St John’s College in 2021.
Work will start this spring. Construction will take 41 weeks.
