RSK, a construction and engineering company based in Helsby, now comprises more than 175 companies, employing around 11,000 people.
Its annual turnover at the end of FY22 was £796 million.
RSK Group CEO, Alan Ryder, said the buy will strengthen RSK’s capability in the rail sector.
Treefellers’ clients:
- Network Rail
