Willmott Dixon lands Oxfordshire forensics hub

Willmott Dixon will deliver state-of-the-art forensics centre in Oxfordshire.

The new facility in Bicester will be the main forensics hub for Thames Valley Police, as part of a wider programme to improve forensic services across the area.

The new centre, on land near Avonbury Business Park, is subject to a Section 106 (S106) agreement. 

S106 Agreements are legal arrangements between developers and Local Authorities, outlining a firm’s planning obligations to its community. 

Construction is expected to begin in summer, with completion set for winter 2024/25.
