Milestone Infrastructure has been granted a multi-year extension to its highway services contract in Hampshire.

The M Group Services business will continue its partnership with Hampshire County Council to 2029, operating as Hampshire Highways.
Milestone has delivered £350 million’ worth of highway works in the county since 2017.
Hampshire Highways is aiming for a 40% reduction in carbon emissions by 2025 and 60% by 2030.
“The collaborative approach we take working as Hampshire Highways has provided resilience to the service through some difficult times and this puts us in a strong position to now reinvest in the service over an extended period to 2029,” said Simon Watson, business director for Milestone Infrastructure in Hampshire.
Highway maintenance contacts in Oxfordshire, Devon and Peterborough have also renewed with Milestone in the last year.
