Countryside Partnerships Yorkshire has acquired land in Derbyshire from Homes England to build 265 homes.

Pleasley View in Shirebrook will form the final phase of Homes England’s Brookvale development.
Countryside has also agreed a deal with developer Sigma who will buy 68 of the new homes.
The remaining stock will be sold via Linden Homes (part of Vistry Group), with 51 affordable units managed by a registered provider.
Construction will start shortly, with completion within four years.
Countryside was recently acquired by Vistry Group in a more than £1.1 billion takeover, putting the mega-merger on competitive footing with other Housebuilding and Partnerships Housing giants in the sector.
