RG Group has been appointed main contractor on a regeneration scheme in Leeds – valued at £108 million.

The firm has been selected to deliver Latitude Blue on Whitehall Road, by developer HUB, working with Bridges Fund Management.
The scheme is forward funded by Canadian property investment company Realstar.
It marks the second Leeds development by the partnership, with Latitude Purple next door totalling 951 homes across both sites.
It also has two other build-to-rent (BTR) developments in London – Wembley Link Phase 1 and 2.

“The BTR sector is continuing to prove its resilience in turbulent times, and we are feeling very optimistic about 2023, with further deals coming forward over the next few months,” said Damien Sharkey, managing director at HUB.
Works are expected to complete in 2025.
