Turner & Townsend has acquired construction cost consultancy alinea.

alinea’s team merged with T&T’s London cost management division, forming Turner & Townsend alinea.
It signals a “unique and disruptive force” in the capital’s real estate cost management market, said T&T.
T&T’s now 4,000-strong UK team manages major schemes, project management, cost and commercial management, net-zero and digital solutions.
alinea brings expertise in investor developer and tall buildings sectors.
The merger is led by Turner & Townsend alinea lead Iain Parker.
