Mace has been appointed main contractor of a £150 million Crossrail over site in London.

The firm will deliver office and retail space at One Liverpool Street on behalf of Aviva Investors Ltd and Allianz Real Estate.
It marks Mace’s second project for the joint venture, following its appointment to 101 Moorgate.
The projects span the new Crossrail scheme in the city, bookending the east and west entrances of the new Elizabeth line station at Liverpool Street station.
