The firm’s North East and Yorkshire Building arm has been selected by North Lincolnshire Council to redevelop the town’s former market site.

Works will happen in two phases. Phase One is the construction of a residential building for NHS staff. Phase Two – a new office space for commercial and public use.

The finished article will be a three-storey L-shaped building, with both aspects brought together in two distinct wings.

“We are excited to continue our work on this exciting project to provide new residential and commercial space to the local community and NHS workers,” said Cliff Wheatley, managing director for Galliford in the region. “We look forward to working with North Lincolnshire Council and producing high-quality facilities that will regenerate the site and provided a benefit to all.”
