Winvic has broken ground on a new distribution facility in Suffolk for a major retailer.

Developer Gateway 14 Ltd selected the firm to deliver a new depot for The Range, at the Gateway 14 business park, in Stowmarket.
The development is the first building at Gateway 14, part of Freeport East.

We’re delighted to have started on site and we will be aiming to exceed expectations every step of the way,” said Danny Nelson, director of industrial, distribution and logistics, at Winvic.
Construction is expected to complete in November.
The Range is expected to open in the next 12 months.
