Russell WBHO will deliver a £12 million industrial build for a pharmaceutical wholesaler in Doncaster – doubling the size of its existing facility.

The extension project in Redhouse is on behalf of global pharma company Mawdsleys, where Russell is overseeing full construction and fit out.
- 152,000 sq ft portal frame warehouse
- 146,238 sq ft temperature-controlled chamber
- 4,542 sq ft office space
- 12 loading docks
A new service yard and access off Rockingham Way is also planned.
M&E specialists Heatworks will design and install energy efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
