Fresh finance has been secured by a developer for two schemes in the Midlands.

Elevate Property Group in Birmingham has secured £23.4 million from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for projects in Nottingham and Solihull.
Homer Road, Solihull
£11.5 million for the Imperial House development where Kavannagh Construction is the main contractor.
- 60 new apartments
- one, two and three-bed mix
- construction will complete in Autumn
Trent Bridge Quays, Nottingham
£11.9 million for Phase Two of the Muller Yard development with Bode Contracting.
- 44 new apartments
- 14 townhouses
- two commercial units
- construction will complete in July
Paragon also funded Phase One of Trent Bridge Quays.
