Paragon finances Nottingham and Solihull housing schemes


Fresh finance has been secured by a developer for two schemes in the Midlands.

Elevate Property Group in Birmingham has secured £23.4 million from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for projects in Nottingham and Solihull. 

Homer Road, Solihull 

£11.5 million for the Imperial House development where Kavannagh Construction is the main contractor. 

  • 60 new apartments   
  • one, two and three-bed mix 
  • construction will complete in Autumn 

Trent Bridge Quays, Nottingham 

£11.9 million for Phase Two of the Muller Yard development with Bode Contracting. 

  • 44 new apartments 
  • 14 townhouses 
  • two commercial units 
  • construction will complete in July   

Paragon also funded Phase One of Trent Bridge Quays.
