The final phase of a new town centre development has been granted planning permission.

Bouygues UK has been appointed main contractor for delivery of Phase 4 of the Hallsville Quarter scheme in Canning Town, London, with Linkcity as developer.
Both firms have delivered the previous phases of the development.
Hallsville Quarter comprises more than 1,100 new homes, a hotel, and up to 30,000 sqm of leisure, work and retail space.
There is also a new cinema and public health centre.
Phase 4
- new mixed-use city block
- 377-room student accommodation
- first-floor garden
- 7th-floor roof terrace
The scheme also includes commercial space and public realm across 487 sqm.

Construction should begin towards the end of the year, with completion Summer 2025.
