TClarke lands major Cambridge life sciences campus


TClarke will deliver full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services for three laboratory buildings within Cambridge’s new life sciences cluster.

The firm, working with Morgan Sindall, will fit out Phase 2 of the 90,000 sq ft Unity Campus expansion, a new urban innovation district in the city’s countryside. 

The 11-acre campus, owned by Howard Group, is home to 12 leading life science and technology companies. 

The new scheme should be available for occupation during the summer and autumn. 

Phase 2 

  • three wet laboratories (32,500 sq ft, 31,000 sq ft, 24,500 sq ft) 
  • BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating
