Liverpool housing group Torus has appointed HMS and Sovini Property Services to its new Repairs and Maintenance Framework (R&M), a 40,000-home portfolio.
The local firms will manage and maintain Torus’ vast stock, including reactive and emergency repairs.
- Responsive and void repairs
- Cyclical maintenance
- Estate services
- Facilities management
Running for four years, HMS has been appointed as the Tier 1 contractor for £450 million of works, with Sovini as the Tier 2 contractor on the framework.
Social value
“HMS is a community investor and reinvests its commercial profits into local communities and social initiatives,” said HMS Managing Director, Paul Worthington.
“Since 2019, we have gifted over £22 million to programmes and initiatives that support people across the Northwest, and this latest appointment further supports this approach.”
