Twenty firms have been awarded places on a £300 million decarbonisation framework.

Esh and Tolent are among the delivery partners selected by the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) for the NEPO233 Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works.
Firms will deliver funded projects across residential and non-residential sectors in the northeast over a four-and-a-half-year period.
This will extend to schemes funded by BEIS, Homes England, Sustainable Warmth Competition (Home Upgrade Grant Phase) and Local Authority Delivery scheme (LAD), the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), and SALIX via the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme and UK Infrastructure Bank.
