The bank is financing Bootle housing provider, One Vision Housing (OVH) to build an additional 1,100 affordable homes by 2025, and to decarbonise its existing portfolio.

OVH, part of The Sovini Group, owns and manages more than 13,600 properties across Liverpool, Cheshire and Lancashire.
