The firm secured Phase Three of the Leaside Lock scheme from housing provider The Guinness Partnership.
Works to build 321 new flats over three blocks ranging in height are now underway.
Six new townhouses are also included in the scheme.
Overall, Henry will have delivered 965 homes across all three phases of the Leaside Lock scheme.
