Bloor Homes awarded the Chelmsford firm Phase 1 infrastructure and groundworks delivery for 85 units on Henham Road in Elsenham, following installation of a new access road.

Anderson was also awarded Phase 1 infrastructure for new client, Countryside Partnerships (CSP), at London Road in Coggeshall.

Vistry Group recently completed its more than £1.1 billion takeover of Countryside Partnerships, putting the mega-merger on competitive footing with other Housebuilding and Partnerships Housing giants in the sector.

Coggeshall puts Anderson “in a good position” to tender for the adjacent phase of works for CSP, said Andrew Nowosad, commercial director of the Anderson Construction Business.
