Mace on Fleet Street – Goldman Sachs HQ revamp

Mace has been appointed as main contractor for the refurbishment of a landmark Fleet Street property – the largest interiors project for the Group in a decade.

The firm will revamp Peterborough Court, an office development scheme and former European HQ of Goldman Sachs. 

The £120 million scheme is managed by Broadwater Capital.

The project will exceed LETI 2030 and RIBA Climate Challenge 2030 embodied carbon targets, Mace said.
