ISG eyes 5 North West counties in £1.5b framework

ISG has been appointed to a four-year construction framework with a total value of £1.5 billion.

The firm has been reselected for the North West Construction Hub (NWCH) high-value framework, a public sector capital procurement scheme with more than £336 million of community projects delivered in 12 years. 

Since its establishment, the NWCH has delivered in the region of 436 projects totalling a construction value of more than £2.2 billion. It is now in its fourth iteration.   

The Hub grants access to a pipeline of work across key regional lots. 

ISG secured a place on Lots 1 and 2 and will now bid for projects valued above £8 million across the following areas: 

  • Greater Manchester 
  • Lancashire 
  • Merseyside 
  • Cheshire  
  • Cumbria 

It also has a place on the current medium-value framework with projects valued between £2-10 million. 

ISG NWCH wins 

  • Manchester SEMH schools programme  
  • National Cycling Centre, Manchester (£21 million) 
  • St Anne Street police station, Liverpool
