The firm will carry out improvements to Junction 9 of the M3, which connects south Hampshire with London, the Midlands and the North.
The works are part of a £8.7 billion Regional Delivery Partnership.
Scope of works
- Four new lanes in each direction
- Overhaul of the Junction 9 roundabout
- New free-flow link between the M3 and A34
- Three new bridges
- New underpasses
Local supply chain contractors will be brought in.
Regional apprenticeships and trainee schemes will be introduced.
Works will start early 2025.
