Telford Homes will deliver the new Chapel Place scheme in Ilford after receiving planning permission from the London Borough of Redbridge.

The two-hectare site was formally the Britannica Works factory – later Ilford Limited  for Ilford photographic film.

  • 837 new homes
  • 447 student rooms

  • Landscaped roof terraces
