Thirteen Housing Group (THG) is seeking construction partners for a new affordable housing programme – valued at £500 million.

The northeast housing association recently announced the procurement process for its Strategic Partner Construction Framework (SPCF), as part of the Affordable Homes Programme.
THG was recently named as one of Homes England’s strategic partners.
It will receive £191.3 million towards the delivery of 3,270 affordable homes by 2028.
The SPCF will support the programme’s delivery between 2023-2027.
Firms have until 1 February 2023 to submit bids.
