The firm has been appointed by Haringey Council for a programme of works on the Broadwater Farm estate in Tottenham, following planning approval.
Broadwater Farm Improvement Programme:
- 294 new council homes
- Tangmere and Northolt blocks rebuilt
- New Energy Centre
- Rebuilt Medical Centre
- New Enterprise Centre
A Grade II-Listed mural will also be moved.
Resident consultation shaped the new scheme.
“As well new council homes at council rent, this scheme will transform the estate by creating open spaces where people want to meet, chat and play alongside a new shop, community hub, medical centre, workspaces and street layouts,” said Haringey Council leader, Cllr Peray Ahmet.
