Kier has landed a £28 million office redevelopment at Temple Quay in Bristol.

Inside the deal: The firm has been appointed by property developer, Commercial Estates Group (CEG) to revamp The Crescent Centre.
CEG bought the property in 2018. It previously housed HM Revenue and Customs.
Once complete the building will be renamed ‘Crescent’.
Kier will double the total floorspace to 101,000 sq ft.

“We’ve long been champions of creative refurbishment and retrofit of buildings that both improves the user experience and responds decisively to the climate emergency,” said Nick Jones, associate director of Buckley Gray Yeoman.
Works will complete in June 2024.
