Inside the deal: The partnership will deliver 300 net-zero carbon homes a year to address energy and housing pressures, with its first quota in 2023.

LGMH was also recently selected by the City of Wolverhampton as preferred partner for the development of around 400 homes in the city.

The firm aims to deliver several thousand modular homes a year in the longer term, as part of the industry drive for 75,000 units a year via MMC.

“We are both committed to providing new homes to address the housing shortage and in particular for us where that helps meet our affordable housing ambitions,” said Mark Perry, Chief Executive of VIVID. “[LGMH’s] focus on building energy-efficient and sustainable homes has to be right given the cost of living and energy crisis people are facing.”
