Gilbert-Ash Limited is the contractor. Works start this month, with completion expected late 2024. Phase Two is the final stage of the development.
Phase One:
- 264 student flats
- 20 build-to-rent flats
- 40,000 sq ft of retail/commercial space
- hotel, office and library
Phase Two:
- 150 build-to-rent homes
- 3,244 sq ft indoor amenity space
- 7,662 sq ft garden
- 2,263 sq ft roof terrace
- seven commercial units (10,058 sq ft)
“With this funding in place for Phase Two, we can realise the overall vision for the development to leave a positive and lasting legacy for this thriving part of Oxford and for Grainger, “said finance director for Develop at Mace Group, Kirsten White.
